Nominations have been released for the Group 2 Eagle Farm Cup, which will run at Eagle Farm Racecourse this Saturday June 1, 2013.
Just nine horses have nominated for the 2013 Eagle Farm Cup, including Lights Of Heaven.
Lights Of Heaven placed fifth in the Group 1 Doomben Cup last start after winning the Group 2 Hollindale Stakes at the Gold Coast early this month.
The talented stayer also won last year’s Eagle Farm Cup before going on to also win the Group 2 Brisbane Cup one week later.
The five-year-old has won eight of her 24 race starts and has earned more than $1.57 million in prize money during her career.

Quintessential has won five of her 20 race starts in total and has earned more than $560,000 in prize money during her career.
The four-year-old claimed victory in the group 3 Chairman’s Handicap last start after running third in the Group 2 Travis Stakes in New Zealand in her previous start.
Quintessential is trained by John Sargent at Warwick Farm racecourse, however, is well proven at Eagle Farm and always performs at her best in Queensland.
Moriarty and Manighar are also amongst the 2013 Eagle Farm Cup nominations.
